Why worry walt disney

Just keep breathing. I cannot promise that nothing bad will happen. I can choose to be okay, whatever happens. There are many things that are out of my control, and that is okay. I will not give in to the monster of worry; the Backson only seeks to devour my joy. I say this as someone who is far from perfect at practicing this advice.
